不过研究发现,增加餐盘里食物的份量会让人吃得更多。同一测试者在食用1000g的通心粉时,比起食用500g的通心粉,会多摄入30%的能量。
所以,东北菜份量那么大唯一的坏处就是,会让你吃更多。所有便宜实惠省下来的钱,最后都会长回自己身上。
